Based on the company's strategic plan in after-sales service for passenger cars, ISACO spare parts market share will increase from 50/5 percent to 56/5 percent this year. ISACO aims to achieve 55 percent of market share of guaranty and warranty services this year. This amount was 45/1 percent last year.
Strategic plan for after-sales service notified to ISACO by Iran Khodro Industrial Group top management indicates that customers' satisfaction of after-sales service was 70 percent last year. The same plan estimates 10 percent betterment in the agents' average scores compared with last year. In the meantime, the number of agents will increase from 850 to 865 this year.
Original spare parts share within the network was 77 percent in 2011 that will run up to 85 percent this year.
The strategic plan of IKCO clarifies that improvement of marketing, sales and after-sales service is one of company's main objectives. IKCO's other objectives are counted as long term profitability through income increase and cost management, products' competitive quality and price in target markets as well as high quality services and customers' satisfaction.
